Just booked a stay?
We require all first-time clients to pay a 25% deposit before the start date of their first booking. We will hold these funds until the stay has been completed. Once completed, this deposit will be applied to your total invoice amount. Should you need to cancel, you will receive a full refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of the stay start date. If a stay is cancelled less than 24 hours before the start date, we reserve the right to retain your deposit.
We will send you an email upon confirmation of your stay with an invoice for this deposit, a Vet Release (which allows us to seek care for your pet in an emergency), and a Client Information Form for you to fill out.
We will follow the instructions you provided for the most recent stay we performed for you. If anything has changed since then (feeding instructions, medications to administer, etc.), please let us know here.
